Spooky!

I've been working on my super creepy lovely Ghastlies quilt since pre-October. I decided to do some basic kinda-log cabin-esque patchwork so I could display the amazing prints on the fabric. All the people remind me of the Adams Family, which I came to love late in life (and by late I mean early 20s as I was not allowed to watch them as a kid).

So, here's my newest finished project.

In other news, I finally got a stipling foot for my machine so I'm learning how to free motion quilt. I'll keep this lovely blog updated on my adventures there. :)

  1. Watch out...once you start free motion quilting you'll never go back!! It's so easy and simple...just watch the tension, that's where I always get bunged up!

  2. Elizabeth,

You wanted to know when my book would be available on Nook...well, here it is: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/the-complete-unofficial-83rd-annual-academy-awards-review-guide-kevin-t-rodriguez/1108589661?ean=2940014112529

I'm sorry for spamming your blog to tell you this, but you don't appear to be on Facebook anymore, so I had to resort to this. Hope you're doing good these days! Talk to you later!
